1. Submersible Aerator Application
The QXB type submersible centrifugal aerator is used in various wastewater treatment projects for aeration tanks, aeration sedimentation tanks, pre-aeration tanks, and aerobic nitrification tanks for aeration, oxygen mixing, and oxygenation in aquaculture ponds.
2. Submersible Aerator Principle
The QXB type submersible centrifugal aerator utilizes direct drive by the motor and impeller, using the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to displace surrounding water, creating a low-pressure area that draws in the water flow. At the same time, a vacuum is created at the impeller inlet to draw in air. In the mixing chamber, air and water are fully mixed to form a uniform gas-water mixture, which is then quickly discharged under the action of centrifugal force.
Due to the extremely strong water flow jet, effective water circulation is created, resulting in air being sheared into a large number of tiny bubbles. This greatly increases the surface area, and because the bubbles rise slowly, a large amount of oxygen from the air dissolves into the water, making the power efficiency of this machine superior to other types of aerators.
3. Submersible Aerator Characteristics
1. Unique mixing chamber design allows for a large intake of air, good mixing effect, and high oxygen utilization rate;
2. The gas-water mixture is discharged from the mixing chamber at a special angle, allowing the water flow to spiral horizontally and then flow upward, providing both aeration and stirring effects;
3. The machine operates submerged in water, producing no noise. An air intake pipe can be equipped with a silencer to enhance the noise reduction effect.
4. Submersible Aerator Structural Features
1. Utilizes imported Swedish Flygt submersible motor sealing technology for the underwater motor;
2. The impeller is directly connected to the motor, featuring a simple structure, high efficiency, and long lifespan;
3. A mesh intake can be added to prevent foreign objects from entering the machine and causing unnecessary damage;
4. The air intake can be adjusted through an air intake valve;
5. Other components, apart from the motor, are available in stainless steel, carbon steel, and cast iron for selection.
