1. Product Overview:
I-1B series Slurry Pump is a single screw volumetric rotary pump. This pump utilizes the rotation of an eccentric single screw within a double helical bushing to push the slurry from the suction inlet to the discharge outlet along the helical groove, achieving the pumping function.
2. Product Features::
1． Can transport high-concentration, high-viscosity liquids (less than 10000 Pa·s) and slurries containing particles.
2． Pumping flow is stable, with no overflow, pulsation, stirring, or shearing of the slurry.
3． Discharge pressure is independent of rotation speed, allowing for high discharge pressure even at low flow rates.
4． Flow is proportional to rotation speed, and flow regulation can be achieved through variable speed mechanisms or speed-regulating motors.
5． Strong self-priming capability; liquids can be directly sucked without a foot valve.
6． Slurry pump can reverse, allowing the flow direction of the liquid to be changed by the pump's rotation direction, suitable for situations where pipeline backflushing is required.
7． Smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise.
8． Simple structure, easy disassembly and maintenance.
Slurry Pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, brewing, paper-making, and food.
3. Structure and Material::
I-1BB type Slurry Pump: The casing is made of cast iron, and the transmission components (main shaft, screw, and wrapped shaft) are made of 2Cr13 stainless steel, suitable for transporting general neutral slurries and mildly acidic or alkaline slurries.
I-1BF type Slurry Pump: The transmission components and the pump casing that contact the slurry are made of stainless steel, suitable for transporting food, pharmaceutical, and corrosive slurries.
Rubber liners are available in general wear-resistant rubber, food-grade rubber, and oil-resistant rubber for users to choose from.
The driving methods include direct drive from the motor to the pump shaft, drive through a gearbox, and drive through a motor with a V-belt pulley.
Compatible motors include general closed-type, explosion-proof type, and electromagnetic speed-regulating motors, along with infinitely variable speed machines and gear reducers available for user selection.
