G-type singlescrew pump(equipped with electromagnetic speed regulation motor) has been widely used in developed countries, and is mostly referred to as singlescrew pump “Mono Pumps” abroad, while in Germany it is called “eccentric rotor pump”. Due to the special geometric shapes of the two components, they form separate sealing chambers, allowing the medium to flow axially and evenly, resulting in low internal flow velocity, constant volume, and stable pressure, thus preventing turbulence and agitation. The output pressure of each stage pump is 0.6 MPa, with a lift of 60m (for clean water), and the self-priming height is generally above 6m.
Because the stator is made of various elastic materials, this pump has characteristics that can handle high-viscosity fluids and media containing hard suspended particles or fibers, which general types of pumps cannot manage. Its flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed.
