The WQ (QW) series submersibleNon-Blockage Sewage Pump has been successfully developed based on the introduction of advanced foreign technology, with the joint efforts of our factory's scientific research personnel, extensive consultation with domestic pump experts, and multiple improvements. Submersible Sewage Pump Product Features
1. Adopts a unique single or double vane structure, greatly improving the ability to pass solids, effectively allowing the pump to handle fibrous materials and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump inlet diameter.
2. The mechanical seal uses a new type of hard, corrosion-resistant titanium tungsten material, ensuring safe and continuous operation of the pump for over 8000 hours.
3. Compact overall structure, small size, low noise, significant energy-saving effect, easy maintenance, no need for a pump house, can work submerged, greatly reducing project costs.
4. The sealed oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision interference leak detection sensor, and the stator winding has embedded thermal elements for automatic protection of the pump motor.
5. Can be equipped with a fully automatic control cabinet according to user needs for automatic protection against leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving product safety and reliability.
6. The float switch can automatically control the pump's start and stop based on the required liquid level changes, requiring no special supervision and is extremely convenient to use.
7. The WQ series Submersible Sewage Pump can be equipped with a dual-guide rail automatic coupling installation system as needed by users, making installation and maintenance more convenient, allowing personnel to avoid entering the sewage pit.
8. Can be used at full head while ensuring that the motor does not overload.

Submersible Sewage Pump Main Applications
Submersible Sewage Pump is suitable for chemical, petroleum, pharmaceutical, mining, papermaking, cement plants, steel mills, power plants, coal processing industries, as well as urban sewage treatment plant drainage systems, municipal engineering, construction sites, etc., for transporting sewage and wastes with particles. The Submersible Sewage Pump can also be used for pumping clean water and corrosive media.
Submersible Sewage Pump Installation Methods:
Indoor sewage pool (sump) sewage pump can be installed in three forms: mobile installation (hose) (single pump), fixed installation (hard pipe) (single pump, double pump), and fixed installation with automatic coupling device (single pump, double pump). Among them, the mobile installation with hose connection is limited to Submersible Sewage Pump with motor power N ≤ 7.5 kW and discharge pipe DN ≤ 100 mm.

Outdoor sewage pools can only adopt the fixed installation with automatic coupling device (double pump).
For the installation method of sewage pumps used in fire elevator sump, two hard pipe connected fixed installations or two fixed self-coupling installations should be used, and the effective volume of the sump must be no less than 2.0 m3, with a rated flow rate of the sewage pump not less than 36 m3/h.
WQ Type Submersible Sewage Pump Usage Conditions
1. Medium temperature not exceeding 60℃, medium density of 11.3×103kg/m3, pH value within 59.
2. For pumps without an internal self-circulation cooling system, the motor part must not be submerged more than 1/2.
3. The main material of the pump's key components is cast iron, so it cannot be used for pumping highly corrosive liquids.
