1. Submersible Mixer Application The QJB series Submersible Mixer and the QJT series Submersible Propeller are developed independently based on the introduction of Swedish Flygt submersible motor sealing technology. After years of practical exploration, two main product series have been formed: mixing and low-speed propulsion. Due to innovations in type, structure, and testing methods, the overall performance of these products has reached the level of similar foreign products. 2. Submersible Mixer Structural Features The mixing series products use multi-pole motors and adopt a direct coupling structure, which results in low energy consumption and high efficiency; the impellers are formed by precision casting or stamping, ensuring high precision, large thrust, and a beautiful, smooth appearance with a compact structure. The low-speed propulsion series products use cycloidal pinwheel reducers, equipped with small power, low speed, and large diameter impellers, providing a wide service area. The impellers are made of polyurethane materials and aluminum alloy, ensuring high strength and strong corrosion resistance. In addition to mixing functions, they also have propelling and water flow creation capabilities. The motor windings of the Submersible Mixer are F-class insulated, with a protection level of IP68. When used in the aeration system of sewage treatment plants, it can greatly reduce the system's energy consumption while significantly increasing the oxygen transfer rate, effectively preventing sedimentation. According to process requirements, direct-coupled submersible mixers can be equipped with flow deflectors. |
