PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) commonly known as the plastic king, F4, or Teflon. It can be made into sheets, turning films, and pipes by using suspension polytetrafluoroethylene resin through compression molding. It can be pressed into molding. It can be mixed with graphite to make plates, rods, discs, roots, ropes, and raw materials.
Characteristics: Widely used temperature range ( Celsius from -200 degrees to +260 degrees ).
Basically, it has corrosion resistance to all chemicals except for some fluorides and alkaline metal liquids.
Excellent mechanical properties include aging resistance, especially for bending and swinging applications.
Outstanding flame retardancy (compliant with ASTM-D635 and D470 test procedures, classified as flame retardant material in the air.
Excellent insulation properties (regardless of frequency and temperature)
Very low water absorption, and has a series of unique properties such as self-lubrication and non-stickiness.
Applications: Seals/gaskets, ring materials, wear-resistant plates/seats, insulation parts, corrosion-resistant industries, mechanical components, linings, petroleum and natural gas, petrochemical industry, chemical industry, instrument and equipment manufacturers, etc.
