(1) Socket-type PP ultra-quiet drainage pipe installation points
When installing the pipe, use a dedicated cutter for cutting, and ensure the cross-section is perpendicular to the axis. It is recommended that the distance between two socket-type flexible connection points does not exceed 3m. Length adjustments can be compensated by the depth of the socket, but the length of the pipe that exits the bottom of the fitting should not exceed 8mm in summer and 12mm in winter.
(2) Socket and screw-type PP ultra-quiet drainage pipe installation points
1. Use a dedicated pipe cutting machine (cutter or knife) to cut the pipe, ensuring the cut end is perpendicular to the pipe axis.
2. Sequentially place the threaded ring, retaining ring, and sealing ring onto the pipe to be connected.
3. Insert the pipe end into the inner end hole of the fitting (lubricant can be evenly applied to the pipe end).
4. Push the pipe until it reaches 4mm from the bottom of the fitting's inner groove, then start tightening the threaded ring to achieve a sealed connection.
