Product Introduction:
3SPP ultra-quiet drainage pipe is a polypropylene (PP) ultra-quiet drainage pipe, a new product that replaces u-PVC. This product uses a fully computer-controlled three-layer co-extrusion production process, with both inner and outer layers made from environmentally friendly impact-resistant copolymer polypropylene resin. The middle layer consists of a special noise-reducing sound-absorbing material, providing excellent sound insulation and high-temperature resistance.

Installation Method:
(1) Socket-type PP ultra-quiet drainage pipe installation points
When installing the pipeline, use a special cutting knife to cut, ensuring the cross-section is perpendicular to the axis. The distance between two socket-type flexible connection points should not exceed 3m. Length adjustments can be compensated through the depth of the socket, but the length that the pipe can be pulled out after inserting into the fitting should not exceed 8mm in summer and 12mm in winter.
(2) Socket plus screw-type PP ultra-quiet drainage pipe installation points
1. Use a specialized pipe cutting machine (cutter or cutting knife) to cut the pipe, ensuring the pipe end is perpendicular to the pipe axis.
2. Sequentially fit the threaded ring, snap ring, and sealing ring onto the pipe being connected.
3. Insert the pipe end into the inner groove of the fitting (a lubricant can be evenly applied to the pipe end).
4. Push the pipe until it reaches the bottom of the fitting's inner groove (4mm), and then start tightening the threaded ring to achieve a sealed connection.
