This equipment is developed by our company through the absorption and digestion of advanced technology, and it is an improved POF (polyolefin) heat shrink film blowing machine using the double-bubble forming method. The equipment adopts a uniquely designed three-layer co-extrusion die head for PP/PE/PP, an internal and external cooling system for the tube billet, a dual-station central rotating winder, automatic tension control, and linear pressure module temperature control. The unit can be optionally equipped with an online automatic thickness gauge from NDC, USA, and a centralized computer control system. This unit has the advantages of low power consumption, high output, easy operation, and convenient control. The produced POF shrink film features high transparency, softness, low-temperature resistance, high shrinkage rate, and uniform thickness.
