Pipeline Pump: YG Type Explosion-Proof Vertical Pipeline Oil Pump

1. The pump has a vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameter located on the same centerline, allowing it to be installed in the pipeline like a valve. Its compact and beautiful appearance occupies a small area, leading to low construction investment. It can be placed outdoors if equipped with a protective cover;
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor, resulting in a short axial dimension and a compact structure. The pump and motor bearing configuration is reasonable, effectively balancing the radial and axial loads generated during pump operation, ensuring smooth operation with very low vibration and noise;
3. The shaft seal uses a mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, incorporating imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, effectively extending the lifespan of the mechanical seal;
4. Installation and maintenance are convenient, requiring no disassembly of the pipeline system. The entire rotor assembly can be extracted by simply removing the pump union nut.

3. YG Vertical Pipeline Oil Pump Main Applications:
1. The YG series vertical pipeline oil pump is suitable for transporting media without solid particles, such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel, with a temperature range of -20℃ to +120℃;
2. For transported oil media with temperatures exceeding 120℃ or containing trace particles, high-temperature or chemical pump structures can be chosen.

4. YG Vertical Pipeline Oil Pump Operating Conditions:
1. Inlet pressure ≤ 1.0MPa, or the pump system's maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6MPa, meaning that the pump's inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6MPa. The pump's static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the working pressure exceeds 1.6MPa, please mention this at the time of order to ensure the flow and connection parts of the pump are made from cast steel during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the transported media should not exceed 0.1% by unit volume, with particle size > 0.2mm.
Note: If the media used contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
