ISW TypeHorizontal Pipeline Pump, is jointly developed by the technical staff of this unit and domestic water pump experts, using the performance parameters of the IS Type Centrifugal Pump, cleverly designed on the basis of a general horizontal pump, and derived from the ALG type for different use temperatures and media, suitable for hot water, high temperature corrosion resistant chemical pumps, and oil pumps. This series of Horizontal Pipeline Pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance, in line with the standards of the new National Machinery Department JB/T53058-93, and designed and manufactured according to international ISO2858 standards.

1. ISW Horizontal Clean Water Pump, for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building water boosting, garden irrigation, fire fighting water boosting, long-distance transportation, HVAC circulation, bathrooms and other cold and hot water circulation boosting and equipment matching, operating temperature T≤80℃.
2. ISWR Horizontal Hot Water Pump, widely used in: metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, paper making, hotels and other boiler hot water boosting and circulation systems for urban heating, ALWR type operating temperature T≤120℃.
3. ISWH Horizontal Chemical Pump, for conveying liquids without solid particles and with corrosiveness. Similar viscosity to water, suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, paper making, food, pharmaceutical, synthetic fiber and other sectors, operating temperature -20℃ to +120℃.
4. ISWY Horizontal Pipeline Oil Pump, for conveying gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other oil products or flammable and explosive liquids, medium temperature range -20℃ to 120℃.

Horizontal Pipeline Pump working conditions
1. Suction pressure ≤1.0MPa, or pump system high operating pressure ≤1.6MPa, that is, suction port pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, pump hydrostatic test pressure ≤2.5MPa, please specify the system operating pressure when ordering. When the pump system operating pressure is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that cast steel materials are used for the overflow part and connecting part of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature <40℃, relative humidity <40%.
3. The volume fraction of solid particles in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
