IRG Series Hot Water Pump Structure Type:
The pump is installed horizontally, with axial suction and radial discharge. The pump body is of a back-opening design, allowing for maintenance without disassembling the pump body, inlet, and outlet pipes. The shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal. The bearing is a rolling bearing, lubricated with thin oil. There are two types of pump covers: one has an internal water seal hole, and the other has an external water seal hole, which must be specified at the time of order.

The complete set includes the pump, motor, common base, and coupling, and also provides check valves, gate valves, low valves, and discharge cone pipes. Whether to include the discharge cone pipe must be specified by the user based on the piping installation.
Vertical Single-Stage Hot Water Pipeline Centrifugal Pump Working Conditions
1. Inlet pressure ≤1.0 MPa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤1.6 MPa, i.e., inlet pressure + pump head ≤1.6 MPa, pump static pressure test pressure ≤2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, it should be specified during ordering so that the pump's flow parts and connection parts can be made of cast steel.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 40%.
4. The solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the conveyed medium contains fine particles, please specify at the time of order so that the factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
