Impact resistance: The impact resistance of endurance plate can reach up to 3kg/cm, and the impact strength of PC endurance plate is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of fracture. There are no cracks even when a 3kg hammer falls from a height of two meters, earning it the reputation of "unbreakable glass" and "sounding steel".
Light transmittance: Daylighting, light transmittance up to 85-91%, and its transparency can rival that of glass. It does not yellow, fog, or have poor light transmittance when exposed to sunlight. The light transmittance loss of UV-coated sheets after ten years is only 6%, while PVC loss rate can be as high as 15-20%, and fiberglass loss rate is 12-20%.
Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extruded layer that resists ultraviolet rays, preventing resin fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extruded layer absorbs UV rays through chemical bonds and converts them into visible light, providing a stable effect on plant photosynthesis. It can guarantee no fading outdoors for ten years. It maintains stability in various physical indicators in the range of -40℃ to 130℃. In artificial climate aging test for 4000 hours, the yellowing degree is 2 and the light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
Flame resistance: The endurance plate itself is not flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety regulations, with UL94 fire rating reaching V0, V2, and HB levels. The ignition point of PC sheet is 580 degrees Celsius, and it self-extinguishes after leaving the fire, without generating toxic gases during combustion or aiding the spread of fire.
Heat resistance, cold resistance: It does not cause deformation or quality deterioration in the temperature range of -40℃ to +130℃. The PC sheet does not become brittle at -100℃, does not soften at 137.3℃, and its mechanical and physical properties do not change significantly in harsh environments.
Lightness and hardness: It is lightweight, only half the weight of glass and 1/3 of acrylic sheet. It has good adaptability and safety, making it easy to transport, drill, cut, and install without easy breakage, and is simple and safe to construct.
Bendability: It can be installed as an arch, semi-circular dome, and window on-site using cold bending method according to the design drawings. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness, and it can also be hot bent.
Sound insulation: The PC sheet has a significant sound insulation effect, better sound insulation than glass and acrylic sheets of the same thickness, with a 3-4dB higher sound insulation amount than glass under the same thickness conditions. It is a material used for highway sound barriers internationally.
Energy saving: It provides cooling in summer and insulation in winter. The PC sheet has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, with a 7%-25% higher heat insulation effect than glass of the same thickness and 49% higher heat insulation than PC sheet, significantly reducing heat loss and being an environmentally friendly material for buildings with heating equipment.
Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0℃, indoor temperature is 23℃, and indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
