PC Board Cutting

The standard specifications for PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and custom sizes can also be produced or cut according to customer requests.
Bending of PC Sheets and Boards
The impact strength of the solid sheet can reach 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of fracture. There are no cracks when a hammer of 3kg is dropped from a height of two meters. It is known for its "shatterproof" and "ringing steel" characteristics. The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending and hot bending at room temperature. Our company has large bending machines and ovens, capable of performing cold and hot bending processing for PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Solid sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design drawings to form arched or semicircular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
PC Board Engraving
Using imported PC boards as the base material, engraving is performed based on customer-provided drawings or product samples. The company has introduced large CNC engraving machines, with precision controlled within 0.07mm, capable of engraving various shapes on boards within the specification of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting various processing technical requirements for panels, covers, and windows.
PC Board Bonding
PC-specific adhesive is used to bond PC sheets, resulting in a firm and aesthetically pleasing finish without glue marks. This process is suitable for making various boxes, mechanical matching parts, crafts, and more.

The impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance of PC boards make them widely used in the manufacturing of automotive parts, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting.
