PC Sheet Cutting
The company has introduced advanced PC sheet cutting equipment, ensuring precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal error. Various cutting services of PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle sheets, and PC sheets can be provided according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC sheets are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and custom production or cutting can also be done as per customer requests.

Bending of PC Sheets and Boards
The impact resistance of the solid sheet can reach up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. Even dropping a 3kg hammer from two meters will not cause cracks, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "resilient steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment to perform cold and hot bending processing for PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Solid sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design drawings to create arched or semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the sheet thickness.

PC Sheet Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the base material, engraving is performed according to customer-provided drawings or samples. The company has introduced large CNC engraving machines, with precision controlled within 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes within the specifications of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting customers' various processing technical requirements for panels, shells, windows, etc.

PC Sheet Bonding
PC-specific adhesives are used to bond PC sheets, ensuring strong, aesthetically pleasing results without adhesive marks, suitable for the production of various box bodies, mechanical components, and crafts.

PC Sheet Molding
The physical properties of PC sheets, such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, make them widely used in the manufacturing of automotive parts, medical instruments, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting. Our company uses imported polycarbonate sheets, with precise mold production, providing various PC product processing across multiple fields, hot bending, maintaining specific dimensions and shapes, with an accuracy of over 98%, and timely supply aligned with equipment capabilities.
