Impact resistance: The impact resistance of endurance plate can reach up to 3kg/cm, and the impact strength of PC endurance plate is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and 2 times that of tempered glass. There is almost no risk of fracture. There are no cracks even after dropping a 3kg hammer from a height of two meters, known as "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel".
Light transmittance: Daylighting, light transmittance up to 85-91%, and its transparency can rival that of glass. It does not yellow, fog, or have poor light transmittance under sunlight. The light transmittance loss of UV-coated panels after ten years is only 6%, while PVC loss rate can be as high as 15%-20%, and fiberglass is 12%-20%.
Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extruded layer that resists ultraviolet light, preventing resin fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extruded layer absorbs ultraviolet rays through chemical bonds and converts them into visible light, which has a good stabilizing effect on plant photosynthesis. It can guarantee no fading outdoors for ten years. It maintains stability of various physical indicators in the range of -40°C to 130°C. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowing degree is 2, and the decrease in light transmittance is only 0.6%.
Flame resistance: The endurance plate itself is non-flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety regulations. The UL94 fire rating reaches V0, V2, and HB. The ignition point of PC sheet is 580 degrees Celsius, it self-extinguishes after leaving the fire, does not produce toxic gases during combustion, and does not promote fire spreading.
Heat resistance, cold resistance: It will not cause deformation or quality degradation in the temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. The PC sheet does not become brittle at -100°C, does not soften at 137.3°C, and its mechanical and physical properties remain unchanged in harsh environments.
Light and hard: Lightweight, only half the weight of glass, 1/3 of acrylic sheet, good adaptability and safety, easy to handle, drill, cut, not easy to break during installation, easy and safe construction.
Flexibility: It can be installed in an arch or semi-circular roof and window on site according to the design drawings using a cold bending method. The small bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the sheet and can also be heat-bent.
Sound insulation: PC sheet has obvious sound insulation effect, better sound insulation than glass and acrylic sheet of the same thickness, the sound insulation level of PC sheet is 3-4dB higher than that of glass under the same thickness conditions. It is a material for highway sound barriers internationally.
Energy saving: Cool in summer, warm in winter, PC sheet has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, with a 7%-25% higher heat insulation effect than the same glass, and 49% higher heat insulation of PC sheet. This greatly reduces heat loss and is suitable for buildings with heating equipment, making it an environmentally friendly material.
Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C, indoor temperature is 23°C, and indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
