Impact resistance: The impact strength of endurance board can reach up to 3kg/cm, the impact strength of PC endurance board is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. There are no cracks even after dropping a 3kg hammer from two meters, earning it the nickname "unbreakable glass" and "resounding steel".
Light transmittance: Daylighting, light transmittance up to 85-91%, and its transparency can rival that of glass. It does not yellow, fog, or have poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. The light transmittance loss of UV coated panels is only 6% after ten years, while PVC has a loss rate of 15%-20% and fiberglass has a loss rate of 12%-20%.
Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extrusion layer that resists ultraviolet rays, preventing resin fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extrusion layer absorbs ultraviolet rays through chemical bonds and converts them into visible light, providing good stability for plant photosynthesis. It can guarantee no fading outdoors for ten years. It maintains stability in various physical indicators in the range of -40°C to 130°C. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging test, the yellowness is 2, and the light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
Flame resistance: The endurance board itself is not flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety regulations, with UL94 fire rating reaching V0, V2, and HB levels. The self-ignition point of PC board is 580 degrees Celsius, it self-extinguishes after leaving the fire, does not produce toxic gases during combustion, and does not aid in the spread of fire.
Heat resistance, cold resistance: It will not cause deformation or quality degradation in the temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. The PC board does not become brittle at -100°C, does not soften at 137.3°C, and its mechanical and mechanical properties do not change significantly in harsh environments.
Light hardness: Light weight, only half of glass, 1/3 of acrylic sheet, good adaptability and safety, easy to carry, drill, cut, not easy to break during installation, simple and safe construction.
Bendability: It can be bent on site according to the design drawings using cold bending method, installed as arches, semi-circular tops, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the sheet, and it can also be hot bent.
Sound insulation: The PC board has significant sound insulation effect, better sound insulation than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness, with a sound insulation level 3-4dB higher than glass under the same thickness conditions. It is used as a material for highway sound barriers internationally.
Energy saving: Cooling in summer, insulation in winter, PC board has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, with a 7%-25% higher insulation effect than equivalent glass, and 49% higher insulation of PC board. This greatly reduces heat loss and is suitable for buildings with heating equipment, making it an environmentally friendly material.
Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C and the indoor temperature is 23°C, and the indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, the inner surface of the material will not condense.
