PC board cutting

The conventional specifications of PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and can also be produced or cut to size according to customer requirements.
PC sheet, board bending
The impact strength of endurance board can reach 3kg/cm, the impact strength of PC endurance board is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and 2 times that of tempered glass, almost no risk of fracture. Dropping a 3kg hammer from a height of two meters will not leave any cracks, giving it the nickname "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel". The impact resistance of PC board allows it to be cold-formed at room temperature, and can also be hot-formed. Our company has large bending machines and ovens for cold bending and hot bending processing of PC boards within 2.5 meters. The endurance board can be bent on site at the construction site according to the design drawing to form arches, semi-circular tops, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness.
PC board engraving
Using imported PC board as the base material, engraving is carried out according to customer-provided drawings or product samples. The company introduces large CNC engraving machinery, with accuracy controlled to 0.07mm, can engrave various shapes on sheet sizes within 1300mm*2500mm, various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes to meet various processing technology requirements for panels, covers, windows, etc.
PC board bonding
PC-specific glue is used to bond PC boards, which is firm, beautiful, and leaves no glue marks, suitable for making various boxes, mechanical matching parts, handicrafts, etc.
