ISWBHorizontal Single-Stage Single-Suction Explosion-Proof Oil Pump is a product developed based on the ISW series, suitable for oil pumping. This series of pumps features excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure, and aesthetic appearance, meeting industry standards.
2. Applications
ISWBHorizontal Single-Stage Single-Suction Explosion-Proof Oil Pump is used for conveying petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, and diesel oil, with a conveying medium temperature range of -20℃ to +105℃.
3. Working Conditions:
1. Inlet pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or the pump system working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, i.e., pump inlet pressure + pump lift ≤ 1.6 MPa, with a pump static pressure test pressure of 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please indicate this at the time of ordering so that the pump's flow parts and connection parts can be made of cast steel.
2. The solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, with a particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the conveying medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
