Impact resistance: The impact resistance of endurance board can reach 3kg/cm, the impact strength of PC endurance board is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. There are no cracks even if dropped from two meters with a 3kg hammer, known as "unbreakable glass" and "resounding steel".
Light transmittance: The light transmittance can reach 85-91%, and its transparency can be comparable to glass. It does not yellow, fog, or have poor light transmittance when exposed to sunlight. The light transmittance loss of UV-coated panels after ten years is only 6%, while PVC loss rate is as high as 15-20%, and fiberglass is 12-20%.
Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extruded layer with UV resistance, which can prevent resin fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight UV. The surface co-extruded layer absorbs UV by chemical bonds and converts it into visible light, which has a good stable effect on plant photosynthesis. It can guarantee no fading for ten years outdoors. It maintains the stability of various physical indicators in the range of -40°C to 130°C. In artificial climate aging test for 4000 hours, the yellowing degree is 2, and the light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.
Flame resistance: The endurance board itself is not flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety standards, and the UL94 fire rating reaches V0, V2, and HB. The self-ignition point of PC board is 580 degrees Celsius, it self-extinguishes after leaving the fire, and it does not produce toxic gases during combustion, nor does it contribute to the spread of fire.
Heat resistance, cold resistance: It will not cause deformation or quality degradation in the temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. The PC board does not become brittle at -100°C, does not soften at 137.3°C, and its mechanical and mechanical properties remain unchanged in harsh environments.
Light and hard: Light weight, only half of glass, 1/3 of acrylic sheet, good adaptability and safety, easy to carry, drill, cut, not easy to break during installation, easy and safe construction.
Bendable: Can be bent on site according to the design drawing using cold bending method to install as arch, semi-circular roof, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness, and it can also be hot bent.
Sound insulation: PC board has significant sound insulation effect, better sound insulation than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-4DB higher than glass under the same thickness conditions. It is the material for highway sound barriers internationally.
Energy saving: Keep cool in summer, keep warm in winter, PC board has lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, the heat insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than the same glass, and the heat insulation of PC board is 49% higher. Thus, heat loss is greatly reduced, making it an environmentally friendly material for buildings with heating equipment.
Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C, the indoor temperature is 23°C, and the indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, there is no condensation on the material's inner surface.
