Magnetic pumps made from this material have a wide range of applications, strong corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, are non-aging, and do not decompose toxic substances.
1. Product Features
Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump not only has the advantages of a compact structure, aesthetic appearance, small size, low noise, and reliable operation typical of ordinarymagnetic pumps, but all its flow components are made of the currently best corrosion-resistant material known as "plastic king" (fluoroplastic). The isolation sleeve is made of special materials with high mechanical strength, eliminating the magnetic eddy current phenomenon present in ordinarymagnetic pumps. Therefore, theFluoroplastic Magnetic Pump can transport acids, bases, oxidants, and other corrosive media of any concentration (strength) without damage. The leak-proof design eliminates the shaft seal, using magnetic coupling for indirect drive, completely eliminating the worry of dripping and ensuring no pollution to the operating environment.

2. Working Principle
The drive device uses a magnetic coupling directly mounted on the motor shaft. The pump chamber is completely sealed, allowing for indirect drive of the impeller with magnets attached through magnetic coupling, resulting in a compact, safe, and energy-efficient structure. Although the liquid-contacting part of the pump is made of fluoroplastic, the outer shell is made of metal, allowing the pump to withstand the weight of the pipeline and resist mechanical impact. TheFluoroplastic Magnetic Pump consists of three parts: pump, magnetic drive, and motor. The key component, the magnetic drive, consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non-magnetic isolation sleeve. When the motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non-magnetic materials, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving non-contact power transmission and converting dynamic seals into static seals. Since the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor are completely enclosed by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the issues of "running, leaking, dripping, and leaking" are thoroughly resolved, eliminating safety hazards associated with flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful media leaking through pump seals in the refining and chemical industry, effectively ensuring the physical and mental health of employees and safe production.
