PC Sheet Cutting
The company has introduced advanced PC sheet cutting equipment, ensuring precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal errors. Various cutting services for PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle sheets, PC panels, etc., can be provided according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC sheets are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and custom sizes can also be produced or cut as per customer requests.
Bending of PC Sheets and Panels
The impact resistance of the solid sheet can reach 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. There are no cracks even when a 3kg hammer is dropped from two meters. It is known as "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel". The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature and also hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment to carry out cold and hot bending processing for PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Solid sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design drawings to create arched and semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
PC Sheet Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the base material, engraving is performed according to customer-provided drawings or product samples. The company has introduced large CNC engraving machinery, with precision controllable to 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes within the size of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting customer requirements for panels, housings, windows, and other processing technology needs.
PC Sheet Bonding
PC-specific glue is used to bond PC sheets, ensuring a strong and aesthetically pleasing finish without glue marks, suitable for the production of various boxes, mechanical components, crafts, etc.

The impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance of PC sheets make them widely used in fields such as automotive parts manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace, electronic appliances, and electronic lighting.
