PC Board Cutting
The company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment, which provides precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal error. The standard specifications for PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to specific sizes as per customer requests.
PC Sheet and Board Bending
The impact strength of polycarbonate sheets can reach up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. A 3kg hammer dropped from two meters does not cause any cracks, earning it the reputation of "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows them to be cold bent at room temperature, and they can also be hot bent. Our company has large bending machines and ovens to perform cold and hot bending processing on PC sheets within 2.5 meters. The polycarbonate sheets can be cold bent at the construction site according to design drawings to create arched or semicircular tops and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
PC Board Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the substrate, we perform engraving based on customer-provided drawings or samples. Our company has introduced large CNC engraving machines, with precision controllable to 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes within the 1300mm*2500mm size range, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, to meet customer requirements for panels, covers, windows, and other processing technology needs.
PC Board Bonding
Using specialized PC adhesive for bonding PC sheets, achieving strong, aesthetically pleasing results without glue marks, suitable for the production of various boxes, mechanical components, crafts, etc.

The physical properties of PC boards, such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, make them widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting.
