PC Board Cutting
The company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment, ensuring precise and stable cutting sizes with minimal error. We provide various cutting services for PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle boards, and PC sheets according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and custom sizes can also be produced or cut according to customer specifications.
PC Sheet and Board Bending
The impact resistance of the polycarbonate board can reach 3kg/cm, with the impact strength of PC solid sheets being 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breaking. It can withstand a drop of 2 meters with a 3kg hammer without any cracks, earning the nickname "shatterproof glass" and "ringing steel." The impact resistance of PC boards allows for cold bending at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and ovens that can perform cold and hot bending processing for PC boards within 2.5 meters. Polycarbonate boards can be cold-bent on-site according to design drawings to create arched or semicircular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the board thickness.
PC Board Engraving
Using imported PC boards as the base material, we perform engraving based on customer-provided drawings or product samples. The company has introduced large CNC engraving machinery with precision controlled within 0.07mm, allowing for various shapes to be engraved and cut within the standard size of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes to meet customer processing technical requirements for panels, covers, and windows.
PC Board Bonding
Special PC adhesive is used for bonding PC boards, ensuring a firm and aesthetically pleasing finish without glue marks, suitable for the production of various boxes, mechanical components, crafts, etc.
PC Board Molding
The impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance characteristics of PC boards make them widely used in automotive parts manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting. Our company uses imported polycarbonate sheets with precise mold manufacturing, providing processing for various PC products in different fields, with hot bending molding that maintains specific dimensions and shapes, achieving accuracy of over 98%, and ensuring timely supply with fully compatible equipment.
