Yangtze River Pump Company’s GRG High-Temperature Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is a new generation of energy-saving and environmentally friendly vertical hot water centrifugal pump developed independently based on the ISG model. This series of pumps feature excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure, and attractive appearance, meeting industry standards.
GRG High-Temperature Pipeline Centrifugal Pump is widely used in: energy, metallurgy, chemical industry, textiles, paper making, as well as for boiler high-temperature hot water booster circulation transport in hotels, bathrooms, and guesthouses, and for heating circulation pumps in urban housing, with a working temperature below 240℃.
GRG High-Temperature Pipeline Centrifugal PumpWorking Conditions
1. Inlet pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or pump system maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, meaning pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa, with pump static pressure test pressure at 2.5 MPa. Please indicate system working pressure when ordering. If the pump system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please specify when ordering to allow for the use of cast steel materials in the flow parts and connection parts during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% by volume, with a particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the conveyed medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
