Impact resistance: The impact resistance of endurance plate can reach up to 3kg/cm, the impact strength of PC endurance plate is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheet, and 2 times that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. It is known as "unbreakable glass" and "resonant steel". There are no cracks even when a 3kg hammer falls from a height of two meters, and it is resistant to yellowing, fogging, and poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. The light transmittance is as high as 85-91%, which is comparable to glass. The light transmittance loss of UV-coated panels after ten years is only 6%, while that of PVC is as high as 15%-20%, and that of fiberglass is 12%-20%.

Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extruded layer to prevent resin fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet rays. The surface co-extruded layer absorbs UV rays through chemical bonds and converts them into visible light, which has a good stabilizing effect on plant photosynthesis. Outdoor guarantee for ten years without fading. Maintaining stability in various physical indicators in the range of -40°C to 130°C. Artificial climate aging test for 4000 hours, yellowing degree is 2, light transmittance reduction is only 0.6%.

Flame resistance: The endurance plate itself is non-flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety regulations, with UL94 fire ratings of V0, V2, and HB. The self-ignition point of PC sheet is 580 degrees Celsius, it self-extinguishes after leaving the fire, and does not produce toxic gases during combustion or contribute to the spread of fire.

Heat resistance, cold resistance: It will not cause deformation or quality degradation in the temperature range of -40°C to +130°C. The PC sheet does not become brittle at -100°C, does not soften at 137.3°C, and its mechanical and mechanical properties remain unchanged in harsh environments.

Light and hard: Light weight, only half the weight of glass, 1/3 of acrylic sheet, good adaptability and safety, easy to transport, drill, cut, and install without easily breaking, easy and safe construction.

Bendability: According to the design drawings, it can be installed on-site in a cold bending manner to form arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the sheet, and it can also be hot bent.

Sound insulation: The PC sheet has obvious sound insulation effect, better sound insulation properties than glass and acrylic sheets of the same thickness, and the sound insulation amount of PC sheet is 3-4DB higher than glass under the same thickness conditions. It is used as a material for highway sound barriers internationally.

Energy saving: Keep cool in summer and warm in winter, PC sheet has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, with a heat insulation effect 7%-25% higher than glass of the same thickness, and a heat insulation of 49% higher than glass. This greatly reduces heat loss, making it an environmentally friendly material for buildings with heating equipment.

Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0°C, the indoor temperature is 23°C, and the indoor relative humidity is less than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
