Fluorine-lined Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump- Product Overview:
The QBY-CF46 series Fluorine-lined Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump is currently a novel type of pump in China that uses compressed air as a power source. It distributes air through the reciprocating motion of a valve, driving the diaphragm to compress and transport the medium in a volumetric manner. This pump combines the advantages of impurity pumps, self-priming pumps, slurry pumps, shielded pumps, submersible pumps, and other transport machinery. This series is made with HT200 cast iron for the outer casing, which has good physical properties, and uses polytetrafluoroethylene as the lining material, making it suitable for any acids, bases, and various organic solvents except for molten alkaline salts. The application range is extremely wide, and the series pump features an aesthetic structure, good physical resistance, and durability. It is capable of draining various corrosive liquids, abrasive materials, high-viscosity liquids, volatile, flammable, explosive, and highly toxic liquids, ceramic glaze slurries, fruit pulps, adhesives, oil recovery from tanker bottoms, and temporary tank transfers. It can solve the problems of running, leaking, dripping, and allowing dry running typical of blade-type pumps. This series can operate using ordinary clean industrial air or instrument air, starting at a low pressure of 0.1 kg, and can save over 30% of air consumption under normal delivery conditions, making it a new generation of energy-saving pumps with good market prospects. Its performance parameters are comparable to Germany's WLLDENPUMPS and the USA's MARIOWPUMPS.
Fluorine-lined Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump- Usage Scenarios:
1. The pump can absorb peanut butter, pickles, mashed potatoes, small sausages, jams, apple sauce, chocolate, etc.
2. The pump can absorb paints, resins, and pigments.
3. Adhesives and glues of all kinds can be pumped.
4. Various slurries of tiles, ceramics, bricks, and pottery glazes.
5. After drilling oil wells, the pump can suck up sediment and grout.
6. The pump can absorb various emulsions and fillers.
7. The pump can absorb various sewage.
8. The pump can be used to clear the bilge of oil tankers and barges from sewage within the tanks.
9. Hops and fermentation slurry, syrups, molasses.
10. The pump can absorb accumulated water in mines, pits, tunnels, ore selection, and slag. The pump can also absorb cement grouting and mortar.
11. Various rubber slurries.
12. Various abrasives, corrosives, oil, and mud, as well as cleaning oil residues and general containers.
13. Various highly toxic, flammable, and volatile liquids.
14. Various strong acids, strong bases, and highly corrosive liquids.
15. Various high-temperature liquids, can withstand temperatures up to 150℃.
16. As a pre-pressurization device for various solid-liquid separation equipment.
Fluorine-lined Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump-Working Principle and Design Features:
1. Compressed air as the power source.
2. It is a type of volumetric pump that causes a volume change through the reciprocating deformation of a diaphragm, similar to the working principle of a plunger pump. Due to the characteristics of the diaphragm pump working principle, the diaphragm pump has the following features:
(1)The pump does not overheat: The use of compressed air as power involves an expansion and heat absorption process during discharge; hence, the temperature of the pneumatic pump decreases during operation, and no harmful gases are emitted.
(2)No electric sparks are generated: Pneumatic diaphragm pumps do not use electric power as a driving force, and grounding prevents static electricity sparks.
(3)Can handle liquids with particles: Because it works volumetrically and the inlet uses a ball valve, it is not easily clogged.
(4)Very low shear force on materials: The material is drawn in and expelled as is, causing minimal agitation, making it suitable for transporting unstable substances.
(5)Flow rate is adjustable; a throttle valve can be added at the material outlet to regulate the flow.
(6)Self-priming capability.
(7)Can run dry without danger.
(8)Can operate submerged.
(9)Can transport a wide range of fluids, from low viscosity to high viscosity, from corrosive to viscous.
(10)No complex control system, no cables, fuses, etc.
(11)Small size, lightweight, easy to move.
(12)No lubrication required, making maintenance simple, and it will not pollute the working environment due to leaks.
(13)The pump always maintains high efficiency and does not decrease due to wear.
(14)One hundred percent energy utilization; when the outlet is closed, the pump automatically shuts down without moving, wearing, overloading, or overheating.
(15)No dynamic seals, making maintenance simple and avoiding leaks, with no dead spots during operation.
