**QBY Series**
Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump is a new type of conveying machinery and currently one of the innovative pumps in the country. It uses an air compressor to compress air as the power source, making it capable of extracting various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Its performance parameters are similar to WLLDENPVMPS from Germany and MARIOWPUMPS from the United States. Our factory has currently formed a series production with eight specifications in diameter: ¢10mm (3/8'), ¢15mm (1/2'), ¢25mm (1'), ¢40mm (1 1/2'), ¢50mm (2'), ¢65mm (2 1/2'), ¢80mm (3'), ¢100mm (4'). Three materials are available: aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel.
The diaphragm pump utilizes nitrile rubber, neoprene, fluororubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene according to different liquid media to meet various user needs. Since its launch, this pump has been adopted by over a thousand domestic units in petroleum, chemical, electronics, ceramics, textiles, paints, and pharmaceutical machinery systems. It is installed in special occasions to pump various media that conventional pumps cannot extract, and it serves as an ideal replacement for gear pumps, achieving satisfactory results.
