QBY SeriesPneumatic Diaphragm Pump is a new type of conveying machinery and currently one of the novel pumps in China. It uses an air compressor to compress air as a power source, capable of extracting various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high-viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Its performance parameters are similar to those of WLLDENPVMPS from Germany and MARIOWPUMPS from the USA. Our factory has now formed a series production with eight specifications in diameter: ¢10mm (3/8'), ¢15mm (1/2'), ¢25mm (1'), ¢40mm (1 1/2'), ¢50mm (2'), ¢65mm (2 1/2'), ¢80mm (3'), and ¢100mm (4'). Three materials are available: aluminum alloy, cast iron, and stainless steel.Diaphragm Pump uses nitrile rubber, neoprene, fluorine rubber, and polytetrafluoroethylene according to different liquid media to meet the needs of different users. Pneumatic Diaphragm Pump main features:
1. No need to prime water, suction height can reach 7m, lift can reach 50m, outlet pressure ≥6kgf/cm2;
2. Spacious flow, good passing performance, allows passing large particles with a diameter of up to 10mm. Minimal wear on the pump when pumping mud and impurities;
3. Lift and flow can be infinitely adjusted through the air valve opening (air pressure adjustment between 1-7kgf/cm2);
4. This pump has no rotating parts, no shaft seals, and the diaphragm completely separates the medium being pumped from the pump’s moving parts and working medium, ensuring that the conveyed medium does not leak out. Therefore, when pumping toxic, volatile, or corrosive media, it does not cause environmental pollution or endanger personal safety;
5. No electricity required, safe and reliable for use in flammable and explosive environments;
6. Can work submerged in the medium;
7. Convenient operation, reliable work; starting and stopping only requires simply opening and closing the gas valve. Even in the event of unexpected situations leading to prolonged runs without medium or sudden shutdowns, the pump will not be damaged. It will automatically shut down if overloaded and has self-protection features, restarting automatically once the load returns to normal;
8. Simple structure, few wear parts; this pump has a simple structure and easy installation and maintenance, with the medium being pumped not contacting the gas valve, connecting rods, and other moving parts, unlike other types of pumps where wear of rotors, pistons, gears, blades, etc., gradually reduces performance;
9. Can pump relatively viscous liquids (viscosity below 10,000 centipoise);
