Impact resistance: The impact force of the polycarbonate sheet can reach 3kg/cm, and the impact strength of PC sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, with almost no risk of breakage. There are no cracks even after dropping a 3kg hammer from two meters, earning it the titles of "shatterproof glass" and "sound steel".

Light transmittance: Light transmission rate reaches 85-91%, with transparency comparable to glass. It will not yellow, fog, or have poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. UV-coated sheets lose only 6% of light transmittance after ten years, while PVC loses 15-20%, and fiberglass loses 12-20%.

Weather resistance: The surface has a co-extruded layer that prevents yellowing of the resin caused by ultraviolet rays from sunlight. The co-extruded layer chemically absorbs UV rays and converts them into visible light, providing a stable effect for plant photosynthesis. It guarantees no fading for ten years outdoors. It maintains stability in various physical indicators within the temperature range of -40℃ to 130℃. After 4000 hours of artificial climate aging tests, the yellowing degree is 2, and the reduction in light transmittance is only 0.6%.

Flame resistance: The polycarbonate sheet is non-flammable and has self-extinguishing properties. It complies with the EU ROHS directive and strict UL safety standards, with UL94 fire ratings of V0, V2, and HB. The ignition point of PC sheets is 580 degrees Celsius; they self-extinguish after the fire is removed and do not produce toxic gases or promote the spread of flames during combustion.

Heat resistance and cold resistance: It will not cause deformation or quality degradation within the temperature range of -40℃ to +130℃. PC sheets do not become brittle at -100℃ and do not soften at 137.3℃; their mechanical properties remain stable even in harsh environments.

Lightweight and rigidity: Weighing only half that of glass and one third that of acrylic sheets, it has good adaptability and safety, making it easy to handle, drill, cut, and install without breaking easily, ensuring safe and simple construction.

Flexibility: It can be cold-bent on-site according to the design drawings to form arches, semi-circular roofs, and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the sheet thickness, and it can also be hot-bent.

Sound insulation: PC sheets have significant sound insulation effects, providing better sound insulation than glass and acrylic sheets of the same thickness. Under comparable conditions, the sound insulation of PC sheets is improved by 3-4DB over glass. They are commonly used as sound barriers on highways internationally.

Energy efficiency: Keeping cool in summer and warm in winter, PC sheets have a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, with insulation effects 7%-25% higher than equivalent glass, achieving up to 49% insulation. This significantly reduces heat loss, making them eco-friendly materials for buildings with heating equipment.

Anti-condensation: When the outdoor temperature is 0℃ and the indoor temperature is 23℃ with a relative humidity of less than 80%, the inner surface of the material does not condense.
