PC Board Cutting
The company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment, providing precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal error. We offer various cutting services for PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle boards, and PC sheets according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to custom sizes as requested by customers.
PC Sheet and Board Bending
The impact strength of the solid sheet can reach 3kg/cm, and the impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, making it virtually free from the risk of breakage. Even a 2-meter drop with a hammer weighing 3kg leaves no cracks, earning it the reputation of "shatterproof glass" and "ringing steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment, enabling cold and hot bending processing of PC sheets within 2.5 meters. Solid sheets can be cold bent on-site according to design blueprints, forming arched or semicircular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the thickness of the sheet.
PC Board Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the base material, we engrave according to customer-provided drawings or product samples. Our company has introduced large CNC engraving machinery with precision controlled within 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes on sheets within the specifications of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and angled holes, meeting customer requirements for panels, enclosures, windows, and other processing technology needs.
PC Board Bonding
Using special adhesive for PC sheets to bond PC materials, ensuring strong adhesion, aesthetic appearance, and no glue marks, suitable for the production of various boxes, mechanical components, crafts, etc.
PC Board Forming
The impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance of PC sheets enable their widespread application in the manufacturing of automotive parts, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and electronic lighting. Our company uses imported polycarbonate sheets with precise mold production, providing processing for various fields of PC products and hot bending forming, ensuring products maintain specific dimensions and shapes, with accuracy over 98% and timely supply.
