The XWJ type Pulp Pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure, mainly composed of the pump body, impeller, pump cover, wear plate, and suspension components; 2. Viewed from the motor side, the motor rotates in a clockwise direction, with the pump having axial suction and radial (middle) discharge; 3. The pump features a rear-opening structure, allowing maintenance without dismantling the inlet and outlet pipelines; 4. The pump shaft is supported by two high-precision rolling bearings and uses thin oil lubrication (20# machine oil); 5. The shaft seal adopts either mechanical seal or packing seal forms; 6. The gap between the wear plate and the front side of the impeller can be adjusted via an adjustment screw; 7. The pump and motor are directly connected by a pin coupling.
