The IHF type fluoroplastic chemical pump is a single-stage single-suction fluoroplastic alloy chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed according to international standards and combines the processing technology of non-metal pumps. This pump has advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-aging, high mechanical strength, no toxic decomposition, a wide range of operating temperatures, and the ability to transport media with temperatures ranging from -85°C to 200°C.

Fluoroplastic chemical pump product features
The pump body of the IHF type fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is made of a metal shell lined with polytetrafluoroethylene (F46). The impeller and pump cover are made of metal inserts wrapped in fluoroplastic, which are sintered and pressed as a whole. The shaft seal uses an externally mounted corrugated mechanical seal, with the static ring made of 99.9% aluminum oxide ceramic or silicon carbide, and the dynamic ring made of PTFE filling material or silicon carbide. The characteristics of this pump include advanced and reasonable structure, strong corrosion resistance, tight and reliable sealing performance, stable operation, low noise, and long service life.
 
Fluoroplastic centrifugal pump product applications
It is widely used in liquid transportation, wastewater treatment, and acid addition processes in industries such as chemicals, pharmaceuticals, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, electroplating, acid washing, and papermaking. This pump can transport any concentration of strong corrosive media such as nitric acid, acetic acid, hydrofluoric acid, aqua regia, strong bases, strong oxidizers, and organic solvents, making it one of the most advanced corrosion-resistant equipment available today.
