The ISWH horizontal single-stage single-suction chemical pump is a corrosion-resistant chemical pump developed based on the ISW model. This series of pumps features excellent performance, high reliability, long service life, reasonable structure, and an attractive appearance, achieving industry standards.
2. Application
The ISWH horizontal single-stage single-suction chemical pump is designed for transporting liquids that do not contain solid particles, have corrosive properties, and a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper making, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with a temperature range of -20℃ to +105℃.
3. Operating Conditions:
1. Inlet pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, or the system's maximum working pressure ≤ 1.6 MPa, which means the pump inlet pressure + pump head ≤ 1.6 MPa. The static pressure test for the pump is 2.5 MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when placing an order. If the system working pressure exceeds 1.6 MPa, please indicate this at the time of order so that the flow components and connection parts can be made from cast steel during manufacture.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium should not exceed 0.1% per unit volume, and particle size < 0.2 mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify this when placing an order so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
