Two, Vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump characteristics
1. The hot water pump is of vertical structure, with the same inlet and outlet diameter, located on the same centerline, can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, low building investment, can be placed outdoors with a protective cover.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the long shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension, compact structure, reasonable pump and motor bearing configuration, can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth pump operation, low vibration, and low noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or mechanical seal combination, using imported titanium alloy sealing ring, medium temperature resistant high temperature mechanical seal and hard alloy material, wear-resistant seal, effectively extending the service life of the mechanical seal.
4. The installation and maintenance of the hot water pipeline pump are convenient, without the need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.

Three, Vertical single-stage hot water pipeline centrifugal pump working conditions
1. The suction pressure is ≤1.0MPa, or the system high working pressure of the pump is ≤1.6MPa, that is, the suction pressure + pump head ≤1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is ≤2.5MPa. Please indicate the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be specified separately when ordering, so that the cast steel material is used for the overflow part and the connection part of the pump during manufacturing.
2. Ambient temperature < 40℃, relative humidity < 40%.
4. The solid particle volume content in the conveyed medium does not exceed 0.1 per unit volume, and the particle size is <0.2mm.
Note: If the medium contains fine particles, please specify when ordering, so that the factory can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
