IH TypeStainless Steel Chemical Centrifugal Pump has a pump cover fixed to the intermediate bracket through a stop face, and then the pump cover is clamped in the middle through the connection between the pump body and the stop face of the intermediate bracket. The pump body is axially suctioned and radially discharged, foot-mounted, and can be directly fixed to the base. The suspension components are fixed to the intermediate bracket through a stop face and supported on the base by a suspension bracket. For easy disassembly, a long coupling is designed, allowing maintenance without disassembling the inlet and outlet piping, pump body, and motor. Only the intermediate coupling component of the coupling needs to be removed to withdraw the rotor components for maintenance. This is a commonly used structural form internationally.

The maximum working design pressure of the IH Type stainless steel chemical pump is 1.6 MPa. The medium temperature should not exceed 80℃. If necessary, a double-end mechanical seal cooling device can be used to transport media with temperatures from 20℃ to +280℃.
Note: Users can choose different materials for the main parts of the pump according to the corrosiveness of the medium to be transported.

Packing Seal: The pump cover is equipped with a packing chamber that uses soft packing seals. Pressurized water can be introduced into the packing chamber to provide seal cooling, lubrication, and cleaning.
Mechanical Seal: Two types of mechanical seals, single-end face mechanical seal and double-end face mechanical seal, introduce pressurized water into the sealing chamber to rinse the friction surfaces while providing cooling.
The sealing types of the pump can be packing seals or mechanical seals, selected by the user as needed. Additionally, sealing types suitable for the sealing cavity dimensions and other structures specified in ISO3069, such as mechanical seals with bellows and impeller seals, are also allowed.
The IH Type chemical pump can transport media at temperatures from -20℃ to 105℃, and if necessary, a double-end mechanical seal cooling device can be used to transport media at temperatures from 20℃ to +280℃. It is suitable for transporting various corrosive or non-polluting media similar to water in industries such as chemicals, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, environmental protection, wastewater treatment, and synthetic fibers.
