PC Board Cutting
Our company has introduced advanced PC board cutting equipment, ensuring precise and stable cutting dimensions with minimal errors. We provide various cutting services for PC solid sheets, PC frosted sheets, PC particle boards, and PC sheets according to customer requirements. The standard specifications for PC boards are 1000mm*2000mm and 1220mm*2440mm, and we can also produce or cut to custom sizes as requested by customers.
Bending PC Sheets and Boards
The impact resistance of polycarbonate (PC) sheets can reach up to 3kg/cm. The impact strength of PC solid sheets is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic sheets, and twice that of tempered glass, which virtually eliminates the risk of breakage. Even when dropped from two meters with a 3kg hammer, there are no cracks, earning the reputation of "shatter-proof glass" and "ringing steel." The impact resistance of PC sheets allows for cold bending at room temperature, as well as hot bending. Our company has large bending machines and oven equipment to perform cold and hot bending processing for PC sheets within 2.5 meters. The polycarbonate sheets can be cold-bent on-site according to design drawings to form arch-shaped or semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 100 times the sheet thickness.
PC Board Engraving
Using imported PC sheets as the substrate, we perform engraving based on customer-provided drawings or samples. Our company has introduced large CNC engraving machines, with precision controlled to 0.07mm, capable of engraving and cutting various shapes on sheets within the specifications of 1300mm*2500mm, including various flat square holes, round holes, and multi-angle holes, meeting customer requirements for panel, casing, window, and other processing technical needs.
PC Board Bonding
We use special adhesive for PC boards to bond the sheets securely and attractively without leaving glue marks, suitable for various box bodies, mechanical components, crafts, and other manufacturing.
PC Board Molding
The physical properties of PC boards, such as impact resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, and weather resistance, make them widely used in fields like automotive parts manufacturing, medical devices, aerospace, electronics, and decorative lighting. Our company uses imported polycarbonate sheets, with precise mold production, to provide processing for various PC products across different fields, including hot bending to maintain specific dimensions and shapes with an accuracy of over 98%, ensuring compatibility with equipment and timely supply.
