Air-Cooled Screw Chiller
Adopting well-known brand semi-hermetic screw compressors, these compressors feature a simple structure, fewer moving parts, high reliability, strong resistance to liquid slugging, high refrigeration efficiency, low failure rate, and easy maintenance. They have a long service life. The compressor lubrication uses a pressure differential oil supply method, eliminating the need for complex oil systems such as oil coolers and oil pumps, making maintenance easier.
The units apply heat transfer calculation technology, obtaining heat transfer coefficients of heat exchanger tubes and data on unit length loss. Based on cooling capacity, different air volumes and heat exchange areas are selected to optimize the face wind speed and condensing temperature, maximizing the heat exchange performance of the condenser.
The air-side heat exchanger uses high-quality heat transfer copper tubes with anti-corrosion aluminum fins coated with hydrophilic coating, offering excellent corrosion resistance and longevity. The W-shaped fin design ensures a good appearance and efficient heat dissipation.
The water-side heat exchanger is a shell-and-tube type, featuring a reasonable structure, reliable operation, and high heat exchange efficiency. The compressor has a step or continuous energy regulation device that adjusts according to system load changes by modifying the position of the energy regulation mechanism to meet system cooling demands, achieving energy savings.
The air-side heat exchanger is designed with increased heat transfer area. Low-noise axial fans paired with high-performance motors fully consider various operating conditions. The defrosting system can self-adaptively adjust the defrosting state based on regional environmental temperature, humidity differences, and frost formation levels.
Intelligent control automatically loads and unloads based on system operation requirements. The control system is equipped with standard communication interfaces, enabling connection to building automation systems with a maximum distance of up to 1000 meters. The unit does not require cooling towers or cooling water pumps and does not need a machine room, saving space and investment while reducing material and installation costs.
Heat pump units can operate stably in environmental temperatures ranging from -15°C to 35°C. They offer multiple functions, providing cooling, heating, and hot water, meeting various needs. Built-in hydraulic modules achieve high integration, reducing installation time and costs.
