Zhi Ke 9X Officially Launched With Limited-Time Starting Price of 455,900 Yuan

On the evening of September 29, Zeekr's new global super luxury SUV flagship, the Zeekr 9X, was officially launched. It is available in four versions: Max, Ultra, Hyper, and Yahei, with starting prices of 465,900 RMB, 485,900 RMB, 559,900 RMB, and 599,900 RMB, respectively. Zeekr also offers a 10,000 RMB super trade-in benefit, making the actual starting price of the Zeekr 9X 455,900 RMB.

According to data released by Zeekr's official sources, within 13 minutes of the Zeekr 9X's launch, more than 10,000 orders were placed.

Zeekr is a luxury technology brand under the Geely Group. Geely Auto Group CEO Gan Jiayue recalled that in the four years since its establishment, Zeekr has achieved over 180 pioneering technological achievements and expanded its operations to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide, with cumulative sales exceeding 550,000 units. Among them, the luxury MPV Zeekr 009 was crowned the sales champion in 2025 for MPVs above 400,000 yuan and the overall pure electric category. It also won the luxury pure electric MPV sales championship in several national markets.

The Zeekr 9X is a full-size luxury SUV, forming part of Zeekr's "dual flagship" lineup along with the Zeekr 009. Gan Jiayue also stated that the Zeekr 9X is a "strategic new creation introduced to meet the upgraded flagship demands of users."

At the end of August this year, the Zeekr 9X began pre-sales at the Chengdu Auto Show. According to Gan Jiayue, since the pre-sale release of the Zeekr 9X, the market response has been strong. Statistics show that 80% of pre-sale customers come from high-end luxury brand upgrades or replacements, with more than 70% owning luxury models worth over 500,000 yuan.

According to market reports, Zeekr 9X is currently prioritizing domestic demand in terms of production capacity, and the overseas version has not yet been launched for sale. However, several overseas dealers have already started offering a markup of 50,000 to 100,000 for domestic orders.

The Zeekr 9X is equipped with the world's first three-motor megawatt-level hybrid electric drive system, delivering a combined output of over 1,400 horsepower, equivalent to three traditional V12 engines. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in the 3-second range, with the fastest time being just 3.1 seconds, making it the fastest-accelerating flagship SUV globally. Its top speed reaches 240 km/h, leading the full-size electric hybrid SUV segment.

With the most powerful and thermally efficient 2.0T super electric hybrid dedicated engine in its class, the Zeekr 9X maintains consistent acceleration performance even when the battery level is below 20%, with only a 0.2-second difference compared to fully charged.

The Zeekr 9X series is equipped with a 900-volt hybrid-specific battery jointly developed with CATL, offering two large battery options. The highest capacity in the global hybrid market is the 70 kWh large battery, which provides a pure electric range of 380 kilometers, making it the highest in pure electric range among global plug-in hybrid products. The entry-level version also features the largest battery in its class at 55 kWh, with a CLTC pure electric range of 300 kilometers.

Both battery solutions support 6C ultra-fast charging, taking only 9 minutes to charge from 20% to 80%, surpassing all hybrid products and 99% of pure electric vehicles.

In addition, the Zeekr 9X is equipped with a globally leading 145 kW range extender generator, with peak power exceeding that of most state grid fast charging piles. Under high-speed feeding conditions at a speed of 120 km/h, it takes only 90 minutes for the State of Charge (SoC) to go from 30% to 80%.

The Zeekr 9X debuts with the Haohan AI digital chassis, featuring closed dual-chamber air suspension and dual-valve CCD electromagnetic dampers as standard across all models. It balances faster lifting, higher ground clearance, and more stable handling. It also incorporates the 48-volt active stabilizer bar technology, a feature typically reserved for a few top luxury flagships and making its debut in a Chinese brand. This technology completes a lift of up to 80 millimeters in 0.2 seconds, effectively suppressing body sway and roll, with dynamic performance approaching "zero roll."

The Haohan AI digital chassis introduces AI computing power into the chassis domain for the first time, creating the Dinghai intelligent hub and achieving an evolution in posture control from "post-event following" to "preemptive prediction." In extreme scenarios, even at a high speed of 120 km/h on a wet road with double tire blowouts on the same side, the Zeekr 9X can still come to a stable stop. In off-road scenarios, the Haohan AI digital chassis endows the Zeekr 9X with the strongest intelligent all-terrain adaptive capability in its class, automatically identifying seven special terrains, including deep snow, mud, sand, and rocks, and intelligently matching exclusive driving modes.

Relying on superior safety standards, the Zeekr 9X creates a formidable safety armor with the world's strongest vehicle body safety system. The body-in-white consists of high-strength steel and aluminum alloy, accounting for up to 91%. It features the world's only "four-in-one integrated safety structure," achieving the strongest in-class body torsional rigidity of 41,600 N·m/deg. It has passed the industry's first single-vehicle four-direction chain extreme collision test, setting a new benchmark for safety in the luxury flagship SUV segment.

In terms of active safety, the Zeekr 9X also leads the industry. It is the first to introduce the G-AES universal obstacle automatic emergency steering assist function, capable of continuously avoiding high-speed dynamic obstacles at 130 km/h. It is equipped with a side collision active lifting system that proactively raises one side of the chassis 0.7 seconds in advance to absorb the impact with the strongest threshold beam. Additionally, the Zeekr 9X is the world's first model to pass the high-speed crosswind safety performance 5A certification, automatically maintaining vehicle stability under gale-force winds of level 11.

In terms of assisted driving, the Zeekr 9X introduces the Qianli Haohan H7 solution and the Qianli Haohan H9 solution aimed at the L3 era.

The Qianli Haohan H7 is equipped with the most advanced NVIDIA DRIVE Thor-U chip, with computing power reaching 700 TOPS. It also features the new Smart AI Agent technology architecture, which, through the multimodal VLA general-purpose scenario model, enables global reasoning and processing of various complex scenarios.

The storage space can fit eight 20-inch suitcases, and if the three rows are folded down, the trunk space can expand to 2148 liters, accommodating four sets of golf clubs and clothing bags.

All six seats of the Zeekr 9X are made of ultra-soft NAPPA full-grain top-layer leather, providing ample support and breathability. The driver's seat is equipped with an active side bolster support function, which can actively adjust based on speed and steering angle during cornering to reduce lateral sway.

The second row has been transformed into a "private living room," equipped with two "independent cloud seats," featuring wide cushions surpassing luxury MPVs, the same foam used in the 009 model, as well as the industry's first intelligent lumbar support and 22-point massage therapy function, which can be activated to enter zero-gravity seat mode. Notably, the second-row seats can rotate 180 degrees to face the third row, creating a face-to-face private space.

The third row features a maximum recline angle of 135 degrees and the longest electric sliding travel of 140mm in its class. The Zeekr 9X also adds an exclusive independent sunroof for this row, making it bright and transparent. The R&D team has benchmarked the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, equipping the entire vehicle with 11 pieces of PVB soundproof laminated glass and incorporating the only dual active noise reduction technology in its class. This allows in-car voice clarity to reach 92% of the Cullinan's level at a speed of 120 km/h, and the noise in the second row is even lower than that of the Cullinan when traveling over rough roads at 60 km/h. Zeekr, in collaboration with the British royal family's designated audio brand Naim, has developed the world's most powerful in-car audio system for the Zeekr 9X, based on extreme tranquility performance. It boasts a peak power of 3868 watts and features 32 speakers, supporting Dolby Atmos with 9 surround channels, 4 overhead channels, 8 headrest speakers, and 2 subwoofers, ensuring an immersive audio experience for every seat.

In addition to top-of-the-line audio, the Zeekr 9X also introduces the world's first winged sliding screen.
