This Time It’s Really a “Boom”! Complete List of Core Component Suppliers for the Leading Ideal L90
"The test drive wheels were almost smoking," "users queued late at night to lock in orders," "the sales system was overwhelmed" — the Ledo L90, with its popularity far exceeding market expectations, is making the outside world reassess NIO, which has been quiet for a long time.
On the evening of July 31, the LeDao L90 was officially launched in Hangzhou. When CEO William Li unveiled the product’s features and its highly competitive price, the audience responded enthusiastically, and the US stock market reacted swiftly as well, with NIO’s share price surging over 5% that day.
Within just three days of its launch, the Ledao L90 completed the delivery of 1,976 new vehicles, swiftly entering the top three in the weekly sales rankings for large SUVs, closely following the AITO M8 and M9. In William Li’s expectations, as an important strategic product for NIO, the Ledao L90 is expected to drive the company’s continued and stable operations, helping NIO achieve its profitability goal for the fourth quarter of this year.

Such a strong start was actually foreseeable. According to senior channel expert Sun Shaojun, since the car began pre-sales in mid-July, customer traffic at dealerships has surged by three to four times, and the number of pre-sale orders has significantly exceeded expectations. "Its market popularity has clearly broken out of its original circle." At the root of this phenomenon lies the product's outstanding value for money, which has surpassed expectations.
The Ledao L90, positioned as a flagship family SUV with three-row seating for six or seven passengers, has starting prices of 265,800 yuan and 271,900 yuan, respectively. If opting for the battery rental scheme (BaaS), the price threshold can be further lowered by 86,000 yuan.

Its performance is supported by several cutting-edge technologies: a 900V high-voltage electrical architecture, lightweight body design, and a highly integrated electric drive system. These not only ensure the vehicle's performance standards but also significantly reduce curb weight, effectively improving battery energy utilization efficiency. As a result, better energy consumption control and longer driving range are achieved (with the rear-wheel-drive version reaching a maximum CLTC range of 605 km).
In terms of power configuration, both the Pro and Max versions come standard with a 340kW permanent magnet synchronous rear-drive motor; the Ultra version adds an asynchronous induction motor to the front axle, with a total system power of 440kW. The rear-drive version accelerates from 0-100km/h in 5.9 seconds, while the all-wheel-drive version achieves this in 4.7 seconds. It supports 900V ultra-fast charging (charging from 30% to 80% takes only about 18 minutes) and offers efficient battery swapping services, providing convenient access to NIO's network of over 3,400 battery swap stations nationwide.
One of the product highlights is the industry-leading 240L intelligent electric front trunk, which Li Bin emphasized during the launch event. Thanks to this feature, the total storage space of the LeDao L90 reaches 670L, easily accommodating up to 10 standard suitcases.
The success of the LeDao L90, which bears the burden of NIO's "comeback," is supported by a strong supply chain system behind its outstanding product capabilities.
