Huawei's Rotating Chairman Meng Wanzhou stated in her speech that Huawei adheres to the principles of openness, cooperation, and mutual benefit, continuously increasing strategic investment in ecosystem development to build fertile ground for growth.
She stated that Huawei Cloud, Kunpeng, Ascend, and the HarmonyOS ecosystem are rapidly growing.
By the end of 2024, Kunpeng and Ascend have cumulatively developed 6.65 million developers and over 8,500 partners; there are more than 7.2 million HarmonyOS developers, with over 1 billion ecosystem devices. The HarmonyOS ecosystem is at a critical historical juncture transitioning from quantitative to qualitative change.
Meng Wanzhou said that in 2025, Huawei will continue to strengthen its root ecosystem:
"HarmonyOS ecosystem, we will continue to invest resources and efforts in the development of the ecosystem, spare no effort to support our partners, and work together to bring better choices, more possibilities, and the ultimate user experience to consumers."
The computing ecosystem, Ascend will empower AI innovation throughout the entire process with an open AI foundational software and hardware platform, supporting more large models and applications to run efficiently; Kunpeng provides a full-process toolchain, enabling partners' business closed-loop across the entire stack.
