Ten car companies announce March new energy vehicle sales figures
On April 1st, several car manufacturers released the delivery data for electric vehicles in March, as follows:
Xpeng Motors: Delivered 33,205 vehicles in March, a 268% increase year-over-year; cumulative deliveries from January to March reached 94,008 vehicles, a 331% increase year-over-year.
Leapmotor: Delivered 37,095 units in March, a year-on-year increase of 154%.
Xiaomi Auto: Over 29,000 Xiaomi SU7 vehicles delivered in March.
Lantu Auto: March sales reached 10,012 units, a year-on-year increase of 64%; January-March sales totaled 26,034 units, a year-on-year rise of 59%.
GAC Aion: March sales reached 34,082 units, up 4.8% year-on-year and 63.4% month-on-month.
Geely Automobile: 86,329 pure electric vehicles sold in March, a year-on-year increase of 204%; 238,524 vehicles sold from January to March, a year-on-year increase of 181%.
Li Auto: Delivered 36,674 vehicles in March, a year-on-year increase of 26.5%; delivered 92,864 vehicles from January to March, a year-on-year increase of 15.5%.
SAIC Motor: March sales reached 125,700 units, a year-on-year increase of 48.22%; January-March sales totaled 273,000 units, a year-on-year rise of 29.89%.
NIO: 15,039 vehicles delivered in March, a year-on-year increase of 26.7%; 42,094 vehicles delivered from January to March, a year-on-year increase of 40.1%.
BYD: March sales volume reached 371,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 23.26%; January-March sales volume amounted to 986,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 57.93%.
