On the afternoon of July 31, Chengdu Changda Resource Development Co., Ltd. under the Chengdu Supply and Marketing Cooperative Union (hereinafter referred to as “Changda Resources") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Aibolv Chengdu Company. Both parties will integrate state-owned capital and private technological advantages to launch the intelligent construction and market-oriented operation of the renewable resource recycling system throughout Chengdu, thereby accelerating the realization of Chengdu's goal of becoming a 'zero-waste city'."
State-owned enterprises set the stage, private enterprises empower.
This signing marks a new stage in Chengdu's renewable resources industry characterized by "state-owned enterprises providing the platform and private enterprises empowering."
As a specialized company under Chengdu Yimin Investment Group, Changda Resources leverages the grassroots outlets and public service attributes of the supply and marketing cooperative system to undertake the construction of the city's resource recycling infrastructure network.
Aibogreen, as a national digital enterprise for renewable resources, covers all categories of recycling scenarios such as electronic waste, scrap metal, and waste plastic. Its independently developed intelligent sorting and traceability system has been applied in multiple cities across the country.
By integrating Changda's public node resources with Aibolü's "Internet + Recycling" technology platform, Chengdu's renewable resource network will achieve full-chain digitization from recycling to reuse.
Collaboration Significance
The cooperation between Changda and Aibolü is by no means an isolated event, but a key move in the construction of Chengdu's national-level waste material recycling system. After Chengdu was selected as a national key city for waste material recycling in 2023, it clearly proposed that by 2025, 4,000 community recycling stations (points) and 46 sorting centers will be established, with an annual total recycling volume of 7 million tons of renewable resources and a comprehensive utilization rate exceeding 80%.
The realization of this goal urgently requires the participation of market entities. As Zhuang Guangchun, Vice President of Aibogreen, said: "The public attributes of state-owned enterprises combined with the technical agility of private enterprises can quickly replicate standardized service models." Meanwhile, Yimin Group, to which Changda belongs, provides ready infrastructure support for renewable resource logistics with its city-wide agricultural product cold chain and retail network.
