Pulit Reports 56% Profit Growth, Full Range of LCP Products Ready for Mass Production

Recently, Preet announced that in the first half of 2025, it achieved a total operating revenue of 4,089.7786 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 9.06%; it realized a net profit attributable to the parent company of 207.2914 million yuan, an increase of 43.94% compared to the same period last year.

Regarding the business segments:

(1) The modified materials business has a total of 12 new material production and manufacturing bases in Shanghai Qingpu, Shanghai Jinshan, Jiaxing in Zhejiang, Tongliang in Chongqing, Wuhan in Hubei, Foshan in Guangdong, Binhai in Tianjin, South Carolina in the United States, Chonburi in Thailand, Monterrey in Mexico, etc., among which 3 bases are under construction.

The company's current production capacity is 500,000 tons. Under construction are the PuriTech South China Headquarters and R&D Manufacturing Base Project with an expected annual capacity of 400,000 tons, a new materials plant in Ma'anshan, Anhui with an expected production capacity of 50,000 tons set to commence operation in the fourth quarter of 2025, and a new materials plant in Binhai, Tianjin with an expected production capacity of 150,000 tons set to start operation in early 2026. The future annual production capacity is expected to exceed 1 million tons.

Currently, 90% of the revenue in this sector comes from automotive industry clients. Efforts are also being made to make significant inroads into fields such as power batteries, energy storage systems, home appliances, two-wheelers, electric tools, and robotics.

(2) ICT Materials Business: Currently, we have an annual production capacity of 4,000 tons of LCP resin polymerization, 5,000 tons of LCP compounding and modification, 3 million square meters of LCP film, and 1,000 tons (1,000D) of LCP fiber. Our products will have broader application prospects in areas such as 6G, consumer electronics, automotive millimeter-wave radar, AI servers, brain-computer interfaces, and low-Earth orbit satellites.

(3) New Energy Business: The subsidiary Haisida currently has an annual production capacity of 2.83 GWh for cylindrical batteries and 12.49 GWh for prismatic batteries, with a total annual capacity of 15.32 GWh. During the reporting period, a 2.5 GWh cylindrical battery project was invested and constructed in Malaysia.

In the field of sodium-ion batteries, the company established Guangdong Haisida Naxing Technology Co., Ltd., whose main products, the 46145-15AH and 71173208-160AH, have achieved large-scale shipments. The newly developed 50160118-50AH has entered the small-scale application stage. These products are widely used in energy storage, backup power, start-stop systems, and special vehicles, with signed order amounts exceeding 200 million yuan. During the reporting period, the company received overseas orders for sodium-ion batteries, with a total procurement volume of no less than 1GWh in sodium-ion battery modules.

In the field of solid-state batteries, the company is planning a pilot production line for all-solid-state batteries to support future product delivery. In the first half of 2025, the Ha Sida Zhuhai base successfully achieved the world's first mass production of 314Ah large-capacity semi-solid-state batteries, filling the gap in large-capacity semi-solid-state battery scale production in China. The company has also begun to develop solid-state sodium-ion batteries.
