Pop Mart Opens First Store in Germany, Officially Enters Central European Market

Recently, Pop Mart's first store in Germany officially opened at the Alexa Shopping Center in Alexanderplatz, Berlin. This marks the first entry of the Chinese trendy toy brand into the German-speaking market and is a key step in its European strategic layout. Despite heavy rain on the opening day, fans from Hamburg, Munich, as well as neighboring countries like Poland and the Czech Republic, queued up in the rain. Some consumers even traveled 500 kilometers to purchase LABUBU series products. The store is located in the core commercial area of Berlin, Alexanderplatz, a European landmark with an annual tourist volume of 13 million, highlighting the brand's strategic focus on the Central European market.

To celebrate the opening of its first store in Germany, a Peach Riot pop-up concert was held on-site, bringing a unique and spectacular performance to the store's opening. Simultaneously, POP MART launched several highly anticipated popular products, such as the LABUBU 3.0 series, the Baby Molly Whimsical series, and the CRY BABY series. Additionally, POP MART introduced a city-exclusive scarf, cleverly combining Berlin's punk elements with its IP characters, which is well-received by local consumers.
