Polyvantis Opens New Technology Center in Shanghai

After nearly three years of planning, the Shanghai Technology Center opened on July 14. The center brings together cross-functional teams from R&D, business, and manufacturing to collaborate more closely and respond more rapidly to changing market demands. By integrating these capabilities under one roof, POLYVANTIS aims to provide integrated solutions to address emerging challenges and accelerate innovation in key industries.

The new facility complements POLYVANTIS's four existing technology centers in Germany, the Netherlands, and the United States. Together, these centers form a global innovation network focused on enhancing the performance and sustainability of semi-finished materials. The Shanghai plant will serve as a center of excellence for optical and electronic films, supporting rapidly growing markets such as electronics, displays, and transportation.
