According to the information, Zhejiang Huaye is a "little giant" in the plastic machinery industry. The company is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of core components of plastic molding equipment. Its products are primarily used in injection molding machines, extruders, and other plastic molding equipment. As one of the few domestic manufacturers capable of supplying core components for ultra-large plastic molding equipment, the company provided a screw barrel for the 8500-ton ultra-large precision intelligent injection molding equipment developed by Yizumi. This screw uses the independently developed PTA "double-layer cladding" process and incorporates tungsten carbide alloy, which is an industry first. The company's developed dual-barrel injection compression process meets the requirements for high-speed, high-efficiency, and precision injection molding of ultra-large injection molding equipment, achieving independent control of core components of ultra-large injection molding machines in China.
The company recently stated during an institutional survey: "In the first quarter of this year, our order book showed both year-on-year and month-on-month growth, and the current order book is ample. Presently, there is an increased demand from downstream customers for our high-margin medium to large-sized products. In the field of screws and barrels for plastic machinery, our main competitors include Nordson Xaloy (Nordson Polymer Processing Systems) from the United States, Reiloy Metall GmbH from Germany, and Zhejiang Jinsheng Screw Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Our top five customers have been long-term partners, such as Yizumi and Haitian International, which are leading enterprises in the domestic plastic molding equipment manufacturing industry. These companies have high requirements for supplier chain systems, and once you enter their system, customer loyalty is also high. As the business scale gradually expands, we expect that the revenue share from our top five customers will continue to increase to a certain extent. Meanwhile, we will also continue to develop new clients, such as FANUC Shanghai."
Regarding the significant rise in Zhejiang Huaye's stock price on the 6th, an analyst from Huaxin Securities told reporters: "Robot concept stocks have been continuously active recently. Zhejiang Huaye, as a small-cap newly listed stock, has undergone sufficient consolidation at the bottom. In the future market, investors can further pay attention to the short-term turnover of this stock, and it is not advisable to blindly chase the rise in operations."
