1 Today's Summary

①、 Sinopec's high-end caprolactam settlement price for October 2025 is 8,580 yuan/ton (liquid premium grade, six-month acceptance for self-pickup), a decrease of 500 yuan/ton compared to the September settlement price.

②、 Sinopec's pure benzene prices at refineries in East China and South China have been lowered by 200 yuan/ton, effective at 5,450 yuan/ton starting October 21.

2 Spot Overview

Today, the polyamide 6 market is operating in a consolidated manner. The raw material caprolactam market is also running steadily. Although there is slight cost pressure due to the small difference between chip and raw material prices, downstream buyers are becoming cautious and maintaining purchases on a need basis. Overall, the market transaction atmosphere is average, with actual deals being negotiated. In East China, conventional spinning PA6 is priced at 8,600-8,900 yuan/ton with short cash delivery, and high-speed spinning spot is priced at 9,000-9,300 yuan/ton with acceptance delivery.Chaohu cash self-pickup price: 8000-8100 yuan/ton.
