Project Name: Annual Production of 36,000 Tons of Mid- to High-End Masterbatch Production Line Technical Upgrade Project

Construction location: No. 168, Jinhui West Road, Panhuo Street, Yinzhou District

Construction Entity: Ningbo Color Mother Particle Co., Ltd.

Project Overview: The company is conducting a technical upgrade (including replacing some production equipment, cooling towers, and adding new waste gas treatment facilities, etc.) on the original production line and supporting facilities of the 20,000-ton-per-year plastic new material multifunctional masterbatch project. After the upgrade, the production capacity will reach 36,000 tons per year of mid-to-high-end color masterbatch.

According to reports, in 2021, Ningbo Color Masterbatch announced plans to invest 234.2788 million yuan in a project to produce 20,000 tons of mid-to-high-end masterbatches annually. The project aimed to upgrade the company's existing masterbatch production line, with plans to add an annual capacity of 12,000 tons of black masterbatch and 8,000 tons of white masterbatch. The project was filed with the Development and Reform Bureau of Yinzhou District, Ningbo City. However, the project has not been implemented to date and is now planned to be canceled.

In addition, the current Ningbo color masterbatch Chuzhou "annual production of 50,000 tons of color masterbatch project" has completed 80% of its infrastructure construction and is expected to be put into production in the fourth quarter of 2025. Once fully operational, the production capacity can increase by 50%, adding an annual revenue of 700 million yuan.
