New Toyota Corolla Official Images Revealed Ahead of Tokyo Motor Show Debut

Recently, CheZhiWang obtained official images of the all-new Toyota Corolla from relevant sources. During the Toyota brand conference held on October 13, a mysterious model never seen before appeared in the teaser video. Because the vehicle has the word "COROLLA" printed on its back, it is speculated to be the all-new Corolla. According to Akio Toyoda, the new car is scheduled to be showcased at the Tokyo Motor Show on October 29.

From the image, the new car shows significant visual differences compared to the current Corolla, appearing more like a sports model. The front hood features a streamlined and dynamic design with low wind resistance, and the angles of the hood are sharp, nearly matching the incline of the windshield. The headlight assembly has been newly designed, with a 7-shaped light on each side and a continuous daytime running light. The front lip's sporty feel has also been significantly enhanced.

The car roof features a panoramic sunroof design, the side mirrors are elongated, and it may have frameless doors with semi-hidden door handles. Additionally, there is a small opening on the left side of the front fender, which may be a charging port.

In terms of the vehicle, the entire upper body narrows inward to achieve a reduction in the drag coefficient. The rear features a uniquely styled through-type taillight design, complemented by a dynamic rear spoiler, further enhancing the sporty feel. Below the taillights is the "COROLLA" lettering, showcasing the vehicle's identity. As for the power system, relevant information has not yet been announced. Considering the importance of the Corolla to Toyota, this model will also enter the Chinese market at the earliest opportunity.
